ABOUT RADHAA

A foundation built
close to the field.

RADHAA Earth Foundation was established in Haryana in 2026 to create long-term, community-centred systems for rural climate resilience.

VISION

Rural communities that are economically stronger, ecologically healthier and better equipped to adapt to a changing climate.

MISSION

To organize farmer networks, strengthen soil and water stewardship, advance women’s leadership, demonstrate resilient agricultural practices and build credible evidence for scaling rural climate solutions.

OUR PRINCIPLES

01

Farmer usefulness before jargon

02

Women’s leadership by design

03

Measurement without burden

04

Local ownership

05

Transparent partnerships

06

Science translated into practice

07

Scale only what can be explained and evidenced

Climate action becomes real when it is measurable at field level, useful to a farmer, repeatable across a village, and scalable across landscapes.

Our FIELDLINES approach connects soil, farmer, village, landscape and climate—while keeping local knowledge and transparent evidence at the centre.
